Works with Amazon Hub
Amazon Hub + a daily on-site Package Manager
Amazon Hub Apartment Locker is cost-effective and handles a large share of the single biggest carrier in multifamily. Postal Solutions adds the layer no locker and Apartment Locker program includes: a human on-site up to six days a week, organizing the room, logging deliveries, and making resident pickup fast and frictionless.
Less resident friction
Packages findable in seconds, not a shelf-by-shelf hunt.
A tour-ready amenity
Something leasing can actually point to on a property tour.
Ancillary income
Justifies a monthly package fee that can more than cover the service.

Where Amazon Hub leaves a gap
- Non-Amazon carriers still need somewhere to go
- Hub capacity is often sized to Amazon volume alone
- There is no on-site labor component in the program
What our Package Manager does on-site
- Manage the room for UPS, FedEx, USPS, and DHL volume the Hub doesn't cover
- Keep Amazon overflow moving so the bank stays available
- Single logging and notification workflow across every carrier
- Daily organization so mixed-carrier rooms don't turn into a pile
*Compatible with every major automated package room platform — package logging triggers text and/or email pings the moment a package hits the shelf.
Why properties add the human layer
Resident pickup friction disappears
The package room is the most frequent resident touchpoint on the property. A frictionless pickup turns it into a daily moment of "this place runs well" — the kind of experience residents quietly factor in at renewal.
A visible amenity on tours
Every competitor can say they have Amazon Hub. Very few can walk a prospect into an organized room and say a Package Manager is here every day. That's a talk track worth using.
Justification for a package fee
Residents accept a package or amenity fee when they can see the service behind it. For many communities the fee covers the program and generates ancillary income — a rare amenity that pays for itself.
Questions we get
Does Postal Solutions replace Amazon Hub?
No. We complement it. Amazon Hub handles what it does well; our on-site Package Manager handles the physical room — overflow, oversized items, aged packages, and exceptions — so the whole system keeps flowing.
Do we have to switch systems to work with you?
Never. Our service is system-agnostic. We manage package rooms alongside Luxer One, Package Concierge, Parcel Pending, Amazon Hub, HelloPackage, Smiota, Position Imaging, and rooms with no hardware at all.
Can we charge residents a package fee with Amazon Hub already installed?
Yes, and most communities do. A visible daily Package Manager is the part residents can see and feel, which is what justifies a monthly package or amenity fee. For many properties the fee covers the service and produces ancillary income on top.
Is this something leasing can mention on tours?
It should be. "We have lockers" is table stakes — everyone has lockers. "Someone organizes our package room every day so your package is on the shelf and findable" is a differentiator prospects remember.
