Privacy Policy
Effective: July 23, 2026
US Postal Solutions, Inc. ("we", "us") operates fixmypackages.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the rights you have under the California Consumer Privacy Act ("CCPA"), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CPRA").
The short version
- We do not use cookies for advertising or analytics.
- We do not load Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight, Hotjar, or any other third-party tracking or session-replay script on this Site.
- We do not sell or share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
- We honor the Global Privacy Control ("GPC") browser signal. Because we do not sell or share your personal information, GPC has no additional effect — but the signal is respected.
- The only personal information we collect is what you voluntarily submit through a form on this Site (e.g., name, work email, phone, company, property size).
Information we collect
Information you submit. When you fill out a lead, contact, or download form on this Site, we collect the fields on that form — typically first name, last name, work email, phone number, company name, role, number of units, and any message you include. When you submit a form we also record standard delivery metadata (timestamp, the page you submitted from, and — for attribution — any UTM parameters and referrer that were in the URL).
Server logs. Our hosting and backend providers keep short-lived server logs that may include your IP address, user agent, and the URL requested. These are used to operate and secure the Site.
No cookies for tracking or advertising. The Site does not set cookies for analytics, advertising, retargeting, or session recording. A small number of strictly necessary items (such as a session for the internal admin dashboard) are used only when you sign in to a protected area — never for marketing.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry or send you the resource you requested.
- To send follow-up emails related to that inquiry (a short educational sequence you can unsubscribe from at any time using the link in every email).
- To operate, secure, and improve the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Who receives it
We share personal information only with the service providers that help us run the Site and respond to you. Each acts as a processor under our instructions:
- Supabase — encrypted database and backend hosting for form submissions.
- Google Workspace (Gmail) — delivery of transactional and follow-up email.
- Slack — internal notification of new inquiries to our sales team.
- Cloudflare — Site delivery and DDoS protection (routes traffic, does not read form contents).
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not disclose it to data brokers.
How long we keep it
Form submissions are retained for as long as we may reasonably need them to continue a business conversation, and generally no longer than 36 months from your last interaction unless you ask us to keep it longer or a legal obligation requires it. You can ask us to delete your record sooner (see "Your rights" below).
Global Privacy Control
We recognize the GPC signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale and sharing of personal information. Because we do not sell or share personal information in the first place, no additional action is needed to honor GPC on this Site. If we ever begin practices that would trigger a sale or share under the CCPA, we will update this policy and continue to honor GPC before any such tracker fires.
Your rights under CCPA / CPRA (California residents)
You have the right to:
- Know what personal information we have collected about you and how we have used it.
- Access a copy of the specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Delete personal information we hold about you, subject to legal exceptions.
- Opt out of sale or sharing of your personal information (we do not sell or share — this right is honored by default).
- Non-discrimination — we will not deny service, charge you a different price, or provide a lower level of service because you exercised any of these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@postalsolutions.com from the address on file or from an address you can verify ownership of. We will respond within 45 days as required by CCPA. You may also designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we will ask for written proof of that authorization.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA. See Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information for our full statement and how to submit a request in the future if that ever changes.
Children
The Site is intended for professional multifamily audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a minor has submitted information to us, email privacy@postalsolutions.com and we will delete it.
Security
Form data is transmitted over TLS, stored in an encrypted database, and access is restricted to authorized staff. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Changes to this policy
If we materially change what we collect, how we use it, or who we share it with, we will update this page and change the effective date above.
