These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of fixmypackages.com (the "Site"), operated by US Postal Solutions, Inc. ("we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
Use of the Site
The Site is provided for informational purposes and to let prospective and existing customers learn about our Package Room Management services and request more information. You may view the Site and submit inquiries; you may not scrape, resell, mirror, or use the Site to build a competing product or dataset.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site, our servers, or connected networks.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site, other accounts, or systems we operate.

Third-party names and logos referenced on the Site (including partner and comparison references) are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification only.

The Site may link to third-party sites. We do not control and are not responsible for those sites, their content, or their privacy practices. Your use of any third-party site is at your own risk.

Any pricing ranges, ROI ranges, staffing time estimates, or market comparisons shown on the Site are illustrative and may vary based on property, market, and scope. AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THE SITE WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold US Postal Solutions, Inc. harmless from any claim, liability, or expense arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Site will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the effective date above. Your continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
